Elevator
Critical Usage Notification
  • The doors must be free of obstruction at all times.

  • Propping the door open to load and unload is prohibited as it will cause the elevator to shut down

  • Propping the door open can lead to parts and mechanical failure

  • Elevator computer logs all attempted closings that failed due to obstruction

  • After 3 attempts the elevator will SHUT down. If you are moving in or out and/or cause the shut down you will be charged $20 service fee for door reset!

  • Any person reported to have propped the door open that causes a service call to be made will be financially responsible for the service call, parts and labor

  • Any party moving in or out on a date of failure will be financially responsible for the service call, parts and labor. HOA is not responsible for obstruction failures recorded on the computer.

  • Door Closing Area Must be Free and Clear at all times
