Elevator
Critical Usage Notification

The doors must be free of obstruction at all times.

Propping the door open to load and unload is prohibited as it will cause the elevator to shut down
-
Propping the door open can lead to parts and mechanical failure
-
Elevator computer logs all attempted closings that failed due to obstruction
-
After 3 attempts the elevator will SHUT down. If you are moving in or out and/or cause the shut down you will be charged $20 service fee for door reset!

Any person reported to have propped the door open that causes a service call to be made will be financially responsible for the service call, parts and labor
-
Any party moving in or out on a date of failure will be financially responsible for the service call, parts and labor. HOA is not responsible for obstruction failures recorded on the computer.

Door Closing Area Must be Free and Clear at all times
