Owners HO6 Policies

All owners of a Villa need to contact their insurance provider about an HO6 policy

This additional coverage is needed for incidents NOT covered by the HOA’s Policy

This additional coverage is needed should you have a leak in your unit and/or into another unit

This additional coverage is needed to cover upgrades

This additional coverage may also cover deductibles for the HOA policy
THIS IS OPTIONAL YET VERY STRONGLY SUGGESTED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN HO6 IT WILL MEAN $$$$ CASH $$$$$ OUT OF YOUR POCKET SHOULD AN INCIDENT OCCUR.
Critical Notification

Policies are written in the name of each individual HOA

Claims cannot be submitted by individual condo owners as the policy is not in their name

All claims must be submitted through the HOA

For a claim issue contact an HOA officer promptly. Incidents need to be submitted in a timely manner for coverage. Submit claims within 48 to 72 hours to CCMC the property manager.

Tenant Insurance
All tenants should read their lease you may be required to have a RENTERS POLICY during the term of your lease. If not required it is still STRONGLY suggested.
