Insurance for: Villas at Magens Bay I HOA, II HOA and III HOA

 

Owners HO6 Policies

  • All owners of a Villa need to contact their insurance provider about an HO6 policy

  • This additional coverage is needed for incidents NOT covered by the HOA’s Policy

  • This additional coverage is needed should you have a leak in your unit and/or into another unit

  • This additional coverage is needed to cover upgrades

  • This additional coverage may also cover deductibles for the HOA policy

THIS IS OPTIONAL YET VERY STRONGLY SUGGESTED.   IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN HO6 IT WILL MEAN $$$$ CASH $$$$$ OUT OF YOUR POCKET SHOULD AN INCIDENT OCCUR.

 

Critical Notification

  • Policies are written in the name of each individual HOA

  • Claims cannot be submitted by individual condo owners as the policy is not in their name

  • All claims must be submitted through the HOA

  • For copy of the insurance certificate for a lender contact the HOA Property Manager -

For a claim issue contact an HOA officer promptly. Incidents need to be submitted in a timely manner for coverage. Submit claims within 48 to 72 hours to CCMC the property manager.

Tenant Insurance

All tenants should read their lease you may be required to have a RENTERS POLICY during the term of your lease. If not required it is still STRONGLY suggested.
