Pressure Wash the Exteriors

• All even years ONLY the building fronts will be done.

• All odd years all sides of the buildings will be done

• Prepare your unit or give notice to your tenant or property manager to have your unit prepped for service date

• Service date: The second Monday of May each year

• Removing personal items is NOT optional. All residents must comply.

 

Preparation FRONT ONLY

 

• Remove any wreaths or other hanging items from the doors

• Remove any door mats

• Remove any plants and planters

• Remove all furniture (chairs, tables, stands, racks, etc.)

• Remove any bicycles or other recreational items

• Rails must be free and clear

• Entire area must be free and clear of any obstruction

• Close all windows

 

ALL SIDES OF THE BUILDING

• Floors 3 and 2 will drain down to the lower levels if ANY LEVEL  has items on it … NONE of the floors will be cleaned – OWNERS AND TENANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE

Owners, Visitors and Tenants

All the condos at the Villas at Magens Bay are on septic tanks for solid waste disposal. There is NO public sewer system. Remember to use the system appropriately:

• Never put paper products into the system

• NEVER EVER put cooking grease into the system

• Never ever put coffee grounds into the system

• NO garbage disposals are permitted

• Feminine hygiene products are PROHIBITED

• Disposable diapers are PROHIBITED

• Diaper wipes are PROHIBITED

• Kitty Litter is PROHIBITED

• Cigarette butts are PROHIBITED

USE COMMON SENSE… if you didn’t eat it, drink it or wipe your bottom with it DO NOT PUT IT INTO THE SYSTEM

Septic Tank Pumping

Pumping is done every 3 - 5 years.

• Villas I tanks – Septic Tank Location, VMB, BUILDING I

• Villas III tanks – Septic Tank Location, VMB, Building III

TIP FOR SEPTIC TANKS 

Monthly add a packet of Active Yeast (from the baking isle of your grocery store … cannot be self rising) into your toilet to prevent back ups in your line!

 

Cost is about $1.99 per 3 pack or less than $8.00 per year.

Dissolves the solids and severely reduces the need for pumping and helps eliminate line blockages.

Set up a monthly system for yourself, or with your tenants or property managers!!!!
